Choice of additives
At a customer's request, additives can be incorporated (salt, sugar, etc.). We have developed specific products to meet the requirements of our clients: egg white with high foaming, long shelf-life product (90 days), specific recipes, etc.
Variety of laying systems
Our products may be processed from eggs produced from a large variety of laying systems: cage, barn, free range and organic. We also can process eggs enriched in Omega. Of course the appropriate certificates are sent with the products.
